Apr 17, 2025

Rhétorès continues its growth trajectory with the acquisition of Athos Patrimoine.
This transaction strengthens the Group's geographical footprint, particularly in the Île-de-France region.

Co-founded in 2014 by Catherine Perrin and Vincent de Meaux, Athos Patrimoine has successfully distinguished itself through a tailored approach designed to meet the expectations of a demanding family clientele. Committed to the continuation of the project, Catherine Perrin is reinvesting the entirety of her shares and will continue her activity and client relationships within the Rhétorès Group.

The acquisition of Athos, following the recent purchase of OPP, perfectly illustrates the Group’s ambitious growth strategy. This operation marks a new step in the creation of a national network of recognized experts in wealth management. By integrating firms with high added value, Rhétorès not only strengthens its regional coverage but also enhances the quality of its expertise in a constantly evolving market.

Since partnering with Activa Capital in 2022, Rhétorès has experienced sustained development, driven by both solid organic growth and strategic acquisitions. With this new operation, Rhétorès maintains its momentum in external growth and reinforces its presence in the Paris region.

Catherine Perrin and Vincent de Meaux, co-founders of Athos Patrimoine, stated: "Joining Rhétorès represents a natural continuation of our entrepreneurial journey. We have found a partner who shares our vision of the profession, one that is centered on listening, proximity, and client satisfaction. This new dynamic will enable us to go even further with the personalized support that Athos has always provided."

Stéphane Rudzinski and Grégory Soudjoukdjian, President and CEO of Rhétorès, commented: "The integration of Athos Patrimoine is fully aligned with our ambition to build a strong group recognized for its demanding client approach. This partnership strengthens our ability to deliver high-end, tailored wealth management solutions to our clients."

Christophe Parier and Alexandre Masson, Managing Partners at Activa, concluded: "Rhétorès continues to demonstrate its ability to unite complementary firms around a coherent and ambitious project. This transaction reinforces the Group’s foundations and creates new synergies, paving the way for sustainable and structured long-term growth."
