Financial advisory company Family Affairs joins Rhétorès Group
Jul 10, 2023
Rhétorès is pleased to announce the acquisition of Family Affairs, coming just a few weeks after the recent operation with Dauphine AM. This is the fourth acquisition since Activa's investment in 2022.
This operation, the fourth since Activa's investment in 2022, brings Rhétorès Group even closer to its ambitious goal of reaching one billion euros in assets under management by the end of the year. It also demonstrates the company’s strong potential to become a major player in the consolidation of the sector within France.
Founded in 2010 by Yann Trebaol, Family Affairs is an asset management firm based in Toulon, specializing in financial advisory services for individuals, dedicated to family affairs. This acquisition enables Rhétorès Group to expand its geographical presence to the Rhône-Alpes and PACA regions, while further strengthening its presence in Île-de-France. Yann Trebaol, the founder, is reinvesting part of his shares in the combined Group and will remain involved during a transitional period to ensure a smooth integration of his client portfolio.
Stéphane Rudzinski and Grégory Soudjoukdjian, Founders of Rhétorès Finance, declared: "This transaction is the result of a long-term relationship with Yann, built upon shared valued and a common vision of our profession. We are delighted to collaborate in the years to come and firmly believe that Yann's experience will be a key driver for the Group’s development."
Yann Trebaol states: "Family Affairs was looking for a trusted partner to ensure the sustainability and development of its clients’ wealth. Rhétorès, led by Stéphane and Grégory, is an ambitious Group with strong shared values, making them the ideal partner for Family Affairs’ next phase of growth."
Christophe Parier and Alexandre Masson, Managing Partners of Activa, add: "The integration of Family Affairs is fully in line with Rhétorès Group’s ambitions and reinforces our conviction in its sustainable growth trajectory. We are convinced that this collaboration will bring mutual benefits for all the parties involved."
