The project, along with Laurent Nicouleau and Philippe Raison, was to continue and accelerate the development of Explore, giving it the means to operate a consolidation strategy.
Explore completed three acquisitions between 2019 and 2022, in France and Belgium - becoming the French leader on the real estate & construction data market.
In July 2023, Explore merged with Intescia, a French company specialising in the B2B business intelligence market.

WHAT WE HAVE ACHIEVED TOGETHER
In January 2019, Activa became the majority shareholder of Explore, working alongside the management team. The project, along with Laurent Nicouleau and Philippe Raison, was to continue and accelerate the development of Explore, giving them the means to operate a group and consolidation strategy.
Explore completed a first external growth operation with the acquisition of Gest'Innov in February 2019, followed by a second build-up with the acquisition of Sociétéinfo in March 2021.
